If it wasn't for autoimmune disease, diet and exercise may not have become my lifeline.
If I hadn't lost my dad to cancer, I would still be working as a teacher who really wanted to be a trainer.
If I hadn't lost my training studio, I'd still be working for an hourly rate and sinking more money I didn't have into a business that wasn't making ends meet because I couldn't let go of the mission.
If we hadn't hit such rock bottom financially and myself personally, I would have let my ego and fear of what I didn’t know stop me from pursuing an online coaching path that has changed everything for this family.
I work with so many women and families right now that are still struggling though the HARD as we are coming up on nearly two years of this nonsense. Kids affected mentally & emotionally. Relationships with friends & family affected. Marriages affected. Jobs & finances affected.
We are living in some strange times. Lots to care about besides a ranking in a company.
But to me it’s evidence that my team is committed to this work and doing what it can really, REALLY well within these trying times and to help add value to people’s lives & hopefully change the health of this world one life at a time.
The best thing we can do is to keep letting our lights shine, to keep celebrating the good and to keep encouraging others to do the same no matter the hard that surrounds each of us.
