Beachbody coach summit just ended in Indianapolis! Many coaches are totally pumped up. Many wonder how much money a coach can make.
There are 2 parts to the Beachbody Coach compensation plan. The first part is retail sales. The retail compensation plan for Coaches is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. Generally speaking, a Coach earns a 25% commission on any retail sale that they make. For example, if a Beachbody Coach sells a P90x, which retails for $120, the Coach will earn a 25% commission which would work out to be $30. So if a Coach makes 5 P90x sales in one week, that Coach would make $150 that week (5 x $30 =$150). Let’s do another example with Shakeology. Shakeology retails for $120, so the 25% commission is the same as a P90x, at $30. But when a customer reorders the following month, the Coach will earn another $30 commission. Shakeology is the product that can make Beachbody Coaches a lot of money because it is a consumable product, which means the customers uses it up, then reorders more. (This is an important concept to understand, as Beachbody Coach, acquiring a Shakeology customer will be more more valuable to you over time than a customer that just wants to order one workout, one time.) What is great about the Beachbody Coach compensation plan is that there are no quotas to meet in order to be able to qualify to receive commissions on retail sales. A Coach will always earn a 25% commission on any sales that they make. This usually isn’t the case with other home based businesses. Typically a distributor will start out in a lower commission percentile range, say 10% for example, and then their percentage will move up as they sell more volume. With Beachbody’s compensation plan, it doesn’t matter if you sell 1 Shakeology, or 100 Shakeologies, the commission is still 25%.
Team Cycle bonuses The most lucrative part of the Beachbody Coach compensation plan has to do with team cycle bonuses. When you hear about Coaches making tens of thousands a dollars a month, it is because they have built a large organization that is producing a lot of team volume. Keep in my mind that “team volume” is volume that is created by anyone within your organization, it doesn’t matter if you personally sponsored them or not.
First, it is important to know that in order to be eligible to receive cycle bonuses, a Coach has to be the rank of Emerald or above. In order to be Emerald, all a Coach has to do is personally sponsor 2 other active Coaches, 1 in each leg. Below is an video that shows how this works:

I have finally finished reading Getting Noticed. I have tried for years to start small businesses...specifically home-based to try and have more freedom and flexibility. It seemed that I was still always gone or filling my house with people, but Lindsay Teague Moreno has been amazingly successful using social media to spread her knowledge. The tips she provided made sense to me and were able to be applied right away. I am already seeing a lot more activity on social media. It's the book you need if you want a no-nonsense take on this competitive business market.
I have been following the business strategies of Lyndsay for about two years now. I knew that as soon as this book came out it would be a gold mine of information. I wasn't wrong. As a business owner, and mom, I am pretty certain this book was written with me in mind. Lyndsay writes like she is talking to you, her friend.
