MANY resolutions are about income and health. I’d like to help with both!

Wanna hear a secret? I’m a good fitness professional but I’m also a pretty good business woman! When given a chance to share my passion for health, fitness and business with others, you know I’m going ALL IN! I started exactly where many of you may feel you are right now. Thinking, I don’t know enough to do what she does. Boy are you wrong! If you have a passion and strong determination like myself, then you can do this! You just have to be willing to put yourself out there like I have. My business has been able to grow every year because of my unselfish love of wanting to help others through social media and my personal online groups.

I’m sharing something with you that I’ve never shared before. This is the 1st time I’ve EVER posted my income from Coaching. I am hesitant to do so but I had a few conversations with Teammates who told me that income progressions actually motivate them. I decided I should share it with you too because it might motivate you as well! So here we go! 🙈

2009 - was able to cover the cost of the products I was using, my business fee and fill my own gas tank
2010 - fill my gas tank and make my own car payment
2011 - fill my gas tank, make my own car payment AND the house payment
2012 - I retired Mick from his Corporate job
2013 - slowed down a little as both kiddos were graduating and I wanted to take full advantage of my last year with them
2014 - Invested in our 1st rental property and was able to start consistent contributions to Special Olympics
2015 - Traveled our butts off creating memories and vowed to do it more
2016 - More traveling, invested back into our team and bought a few more rental properties
2017 - Helped Taylor open her own coffee shop and gave Tanner & Cinthanie the wedding of their dreams
2018-2019 - Traveled, invested, donated and decided to move out of our 9 year home to “consider” building. Still unsure...

Our 2020 goals are even bigger and better! I’m beyond excited!
Let me be honest, I don’t like it when coaches call themselves a #CEO or #BossBabe. I’m not sure that you really are when you are a coach and here’s why. What you are is simply someone who uses the products and you will probably see positive changes because of using the products. You share your journey through social media and help other people commit and have positive results just like you.🤷🏻♀️ It’s quite simple honestly. And I know it’s not for everyone… As nothing is! But if you’re willing to be seriously consistent, clean up your diet, work out with Beachbody programs and enjoy a community of some pretty great women then this could very well be for you. Sometimes taking that step that you’ve been hesitant to take ends up being the best decision you’ve made. Are you ready to join me in 2020? It’s your call but I promise to pick up if you do!

Check out the reviews
I have finally finished reading Getting Noticed. I have tried for years to start small businesses...specifically home-based to try and have more freedom and flexibility. It seemed that I was still always gone or filling my house with people, but Lindsay Teague Moreno has been amazingly successful using social media to spread her knowledge. The tips she provided made sense to me and were able to be applied right away. I am already seeing a lot more activity on social media. It's the book you need if you want a no-nonsense take on this competitive business market.
I have been following the business strategies of Lyndsay for about two years now. I knew that as soon as this book came out it would be a gold mine of information. I wasn't wrong. As a business owner, and mom, I am pretty certain this book was written with me in mind. Lyndsay writes like she is talking to you, her friend. She's cheeky, she's straight to the point, and literally gives you a blueprint on how to have a successful social media marketing strategy. Needless to say, I have not only recommended this book to any and all my friends who own businesses, but I have also purchased a few as gifts for some of my close mommy bosses.

How to find new sales reps for your WAHM business
The Warm Market Challenge
A common experience for new Network Marketers or Party Plan WAHM , when they are told to talk to their "warm market," family and friends is they find themselves in the NFL, No Friends Left and don't know where to turn.
So, they do what I did, turn to the Internet thinking that it will all be thornless roses from now on only to find that it is even harder to keep people in their business. They are back to square on.
Okay. The challenge is in the word "get."
No one wants to be gotten. It sounds like you're grabbing them by the neck and hanging onto them.
People who know, like and trust you.
Your family and friends may know and like you. They may even trust you as a human being, but not as a business person unless you already are a business person when you introduce them to network marketing.
From my own experience, when I first found the Internet, it is quite possible to burn your potential market even before you've had a chance to know them. Be forewarned.
The Solution
You need to build a new warm market, which involves meeting new people, getting them to know you and allowing the trust to develop before you introduce them to your business.
It's a simple skill and a skill that works. Here are the...
6 Sponsoring Steps
1. Content. Create magnetic content.
Magnetic means content that will attract people to you - content that has Value.
Think of others, not yourself. Create content that they want and be willing to help them get what they want. It's not about you.
Content can be anything. This article is content. A video, blog post, webinar, pod cast or even images speak to one of the issues that face people when sponsoring reps.
2. Capture.
Capture people's attention. Does that word bring up a picture of a lead capture page where you ask someone for their name and address?
Capturing people's attention doesn't have to involve a form they fill out.
Remember, the trust part? People are reluctant to give an email address from someone they don't know even if the information is compelling.
You can capture people's attention through social media easily.
Want to do video marketing? Start a YouTube channel. Make videos with a subscriber button visible. Anytime they are on YouTube, they will be exposed to your message.
How about Facebook? You can create a page or a group. Start posting images that speak to their needs. Motivation, encouragement images are big.
And while you're away from your computer, use Instagram, Pinterest and a host of other social media to get your message across.
But do not sell. When we talk about content, we are talking value, not here's my business link.
There's a saying. Nobody likes to be sold. Everybody likes to buy.
3. Connect.
Connect with them = build a relationship. Chat with them. Find out who they are. Share who you are. This is the place to ask questions. Now you have even more information to create the magnetic content.
On social media, it doesn't have to take long. You can inspire them to like your fan page or join your community in just a few interactions. Or it may take several says. You'll learn to judge when the time is right, when they are open to hear more.
Always - let them ask for the information.
4. Comment.
Comment to develop a social engagement. Network marketers seem to forget to comment. We all want engagement on our posts, other people to comment.
But you need to comment on other's posts as well. If you don't do this, you are missing out on a great opportunity to develop know, like and trust with others. I don't mean by spamming your links in the comments, but by making an insightful remark about the post that adds to the content.
Yes, that's right; comments are content.
5. Communicate.
Communicate and Master the art.
Find out what your prospects want by asking questions. What are you looking for? What is it most difficult for you? Finding people to talk to? Talking to people? Getting traffic to your website?
The answer might be to direct them to a product or service, it might be show them your business, or even sending them to someone else. Listening, then helping solve a problem show the prospect that you are a trusted advisor.
6. Close.
Close qualified prospects into your business. How often have heard the term "qualify." I've been told to qualify people by finding out if they are teachable? So, Naturally I would ask them that. Of course they'd say "Yes."
Never do that.
Instead, give them a task to do. Taking action qualifies them, so you could invite them to your team. From there invite them to your business.
Those are the 6 necessary steps to easily sponsor reps into your business through social media.

Facebook Ads for WAHM Party Plan business
Creating a solid advertising strategy can be one of the hardest parts of social media marketing. This is especially true for party plan businesses like Pampered Chef or Scentsy that use Facebook. There are so many advertising options available through the platform, so how do you know which ones you should be using for your business?
Here is some insight into the different ads you should be using on Facebook in order to see the most gain from your efforts:
If you want to get more page likes
You can use the ad Page Like. This type of ad can be used to reach a specific range within your target audience. You can target your local market or the whole USA.
For instance, if you want to reach out to people who are visiting your website, add a snippet of code called a "Custom Audience Pixel" on your site. This is provided by Facebook.
It will target people who visit your website the next day or up to 180 days after and they will see you pop up in their news feed.
If you want to include your hostess leads,
You can use this type of ad to target the people who have signed up for your email list as well. Simply import your email list and create a Custom Audience. Those emails are matched to current Facebook users and an audience is created for your ads.
If you want to increase your email list
Use the Page Link Post in order to get your fans to subscribe to your email list. This can also be used to reach people who are fans of similar pages who are not a member of your fan base.
This can be done by promoting a contest or offering a free product when people register with their email.
If you want to sell more products
You can also use the Page Link Post to promote your products to your fans, email subscribers, and people who recently visited your product pages.
Track your sales that result from your ad with a "Conversion Tracking Pixel" in order to measure your results. This piece of code is provided by Facebook and should be installed on your landing page after users make a purchase.
If you want to promote your content
Another way to use the Page Link Post ad-type is to help promote your content. You want your content to reach as many people as possible. That content is what helps label you as an authority figure to your fans. Without that content, people will wonder why they should place any value in your brand.
These are just some of the advertising options that Facebook has to offer, but they are some of the most effective. Advertising on social media can have a huge impact on your brand when you take the time to do it right.
What types of ads are you running on Facebook? Have you set up some permanent ads to run continuously? What is your strategy?

5 Social Media Strategies for MLM Networking Marketing for Moms
Social Media for Network Marketing... Five years ago, if someone said I'd be writing about this, I wouldn't have believed it. Even though these days everyone under the sun seems to be on Facebook, this strategy of marketing is relatively new, considering network marketing has been around for nearly 100 years.
When I began in this field just seven years ago, most companies actually had policies against promoting on social media for network marketing, because it was not yet understood. Now, distributors are actually encouraged to use it for network marketing.
Years ago, my friend encouraged me to get on Facebook, and I thought, "Oh no, another inbox!" I resisted it, yet I quickly realized social media for network marketing MLM is an excellent way to find leads, build my opt-in list, support my team, build community, and attract more people to our business. Now I think of this as one of the best resources we have in our industry.
Constant Contact email makes it easy and affordable to build strong relationships with your customers. Try our FREE 60-Day Trial.
Here are 5 Strategies for Leveraging Social Media for Network Marketing:
Strategy #1 -- Be Social
It's called social for a reason. Just as you meet people at work, networking functions, barbeques, and your child's sporting events, social media for network marketing is about connecting with others.
Look at people's profiles and check out what pages they like, so you can find a common ground to start a conversation. Comment on and "like" other people's posts. Spend time engaging back-and-forth on conversation threads.
Participating in groups is also a wonderful strategy for utilizing social media for network marketing. You can discover groups for just about any interest in LinkedIn, Facebook, and even Twitter, and cultivate relationships with other people who are interested in a common topic. And, remember to listen! If you are doing all the talking, then you are missing out.
Strategy #2 -- Be Personal
Consider social media for network marketing just as you think of socializing in your day-to-day life. Share about yourself on a personal note and open up about things you care about. Just as it is in person, it is in social networking - If you only gab about your business, people's eyes glaze over at some point.
In my own experience, whenever I share something personal like a birthday dinner, pictures from a trip I took, or even an insight I had while exercising, those are the posts that seem to spark the most comments.
Share from an authentic place, so your audience can see "you." The more YOU comes out, the more you will draw the perfect people for you. The old saying "Stories sell, facts tell" is so true! Get personal by sharing stories, quotes of wisdom, genuine questions, and photos!
Strategy #3 -- Be Consistent
Perhaps the most critical strategy for using social media for network marketing, is to be consistent. Put in the time so you can get results and be regular about it. When you stay in people's awareness, you'll be more successful at using social media for network marketing. My own personal goal is to invest an hour each day prospecting, connecting, and conversing on the social media sites, because it makes a difference.
A good rule of thumb is the 80/20 rule. Spend 80% of your time providing value - that is what earns you the right to present your offer for the remaining 20%. Position yourself as someone who regularly provides value!
Social media for network marketing is not a tactic for overnight success. You may get quick results yet, more likely, one day out of the blue a friend will say, "I've been reading your posts all year." Next thing you know you have a new business builder in Singapore.
Strategy #4 -- Take it Offline
Social media for network marketing is excellent for expanding your reach, yet it is not meant to take the place of picking up the phone and calling your warm leads. Social media is meant to be in-addition-to. I have gotten in touch with people from my past on the social media sites, and it has been a wonderful way to reconnect.
Then, take it offline. Invite them to connect on the phone or over coffee!
Social media is also excellent for turning your cold market into a warm one. As you connect with new people by socializing on these sites you establish relationships, making the invitation to connect offline a natural next step.
By the way, don't rush to share your opportunity. Be a great listener and ask a lot of questions. You should have at least 3 conversations back and forth before you present your business or products (unless, of course, they ask you to share).
Strategy #5 -- BONUS TIP!
If you are serious about building your brand through social networking, then invest in a great quality photo of yourself. It is a great investment!

How To Get Leads Daily From Youtube for WAHM business
Youtube is one of the best traffic sources to get leads and sales for your wahm business. I've got some of my best leads that later turned into coaching students, customers for products and people who bought whatever I promoted.
Most moms who come from youtube are in research mode and learning how to make money online and they're not on many different peoples email lists yet.
So they're new to internet marketing and looking for someone to follow and learn from.
Will that be you?
I'm going to go over a Youtube Marketing Strategy that will allow you to get leads for your business daily.
Youtube Overview
The first thing we want to do is get our videos to rank in the google so we can be found. So we will need to optimize our videos properly.
Besides ranking our videos we need to use call to actions in our video to get them to do what we want to achieve.
Example: Click the link below the video, Subscribe to my channel, Visit my website below the video.
You always need to tell your view what you want them to do.
How to optimize your video
Keyword as the name of the video- You need to name the video on your hard drive the name of the keyword.

Keyword in the title- Make sure to put your keyword in the title of the video. You want to make it look as natural as possible, but the keyword should be at the start. Add your direct sales company name.
Keyword in the description- Put the keyword as the beginning of your description and then sprinkled throughout the description.
Keyword in the tags- You should put keyword and relevant keywords in the tags to tell youtube what the video is about.

Promoting Your Wahm Home Business Using Youtube
Are you using Youtube for marketing your home business opportunity? If so, then you’re making a great decision. I think Youtube is a fantastic way to promote yourself and your business for both new customers as well your downline . Youtube is a social networking hub that people visit to view videos on all sorts of subjects. It doesn't matter what party plan business you’re in, you too can use Youtube to have marketing success.
The first thing that you should do is upload your videos to Youtube. By uploading your viral video, you’re making it possible for the world to see your creation. It’s like a thing of beauty in a sense. By uploading your video, you’re making it possible for others to view your creation and it will for you to be a popular sensation on the net.
I’m sure you’ve heard of stories of people uploading their Youtube video and getting millions of hits. This can be your success story too. The trick to offer information that people will find worthwhile. There are all kinds of videos to create, but the best ones include you speaking on the video.
The majority of the videos that get the most hits on Youtube are music videos. They can easily get millions of hits because people see it on TV and automatically assume that it will be on Youtube. So they go there and make a direct search for this video. People will more than likely not find your video in the same way. To get your videos found, you will have to do keyword optimization to get found.
Keyword optimization is easy. You should probably do a little background research about search engine optimization and how websites get ranked in Google. Yeah there are two other major search engines (Yahoo and Bing), but Google gets the bulk of the web traffic online - so you will want to focus your attention on it.
Now I mentioned keyword optimization. All you’re doing here is selecting the best keywords that will allow your videos to get found. So if you’re creating a video about lipstick beauty tips, some of your keywords should be “beauty”, “how to apply lipstick ”,, or o”, “lipstick secrets”, and etc. If you
After you’ve done your keyword research, it’s now time to write out your description. One thing that you should do is lead with your website address in your description. You will want to do this so that it will be easier for users to click on your link instead of having to type it into their search bar.
Even though you will have your URL in your description, it’s best to put it on the bottom of your video also. This link won’t be clickable, but it can still drive traffic to your website. You never know when someone will take your video and host it on their website - so keep that in mind.
What that being said, I think it’s safe to say that Youtube is an awesome medium for marketing your products and services. Hopefully you will use it today to further increase your sales and profits.
Good luck with marketing on Youtube.

How to use Facebook to create new customer for your Wahm home party plan
In the home party business or managing independent sales consultants?
Facebook is absolutely critical tool to attract new customers and prospects, and build relationships with them and your team or down line. It's easy to do, but there are some things you need to avoid so you do not inadvertently turn those customers and prospects away from you.
Some things you should NOT post on Facebook walls:
-Do not try to close a sale
-Do not pick a party, meeting or appointment date
-Do not nag about them for not responding, not booking, not performing not calling
-Do not go into details about any business transaction(s)
-Do not openly manage your team member(s)
-Do not post too many 'commercial' messages about your business in a row or too many times in one day (this is the fastest way for your friends and/or followers to 'hide' you in their feed) Once or twice a week is good.
-Do not hostess coach or business coach in detail (i.e. "How many guests do you have coming?")
-Do not clog up your own Wall with too many Facebook application updates/posts, and most specifically Facebook games.
The Facebook Wall is there to build relationships, to get people interested in you and what you do.
What to do if someone starts asking for details about anything, including wanting to have a home party, learn about your business opportunity? Simply respond with "check your inbox" and send them the response as a private message instead.
Again, once you get an interest, the conversation should go to 'Inbox' and sent as a private message.

How To Generate Home Party Plan Leads With Twitter and Facebook Social Media Marketing
How can social media like facebook and twitter marketing help to generate leads in order to advance the customer base in any business? This growing technology has completely overhauled the way individuals connect and communicate with one another. Individuals have experienced exponential growth in generating leads using these online marketing strategies.
Although the traditional methods of offline sales strategies such as home parties and asking friends and family for their support, many people are eager to learn how to integrate this booming technology into their existing marketing strategy to create massive leverage online. The benefits to this new strategy for exposure are:
· the ability to reach more prospects in a shorter period of time and conduct online meetings and conference calls.
· the time-saving simplicity of connecting with other like-minded business people that are looking to start a home based business.
· it helps to create an additional income stream by leveraging the efforts of others through team building. You create passive and residual income by utilizing social media marketing strategies as opposed to just creating a single source income stream with face-to-face or door-to-door marketing.
The movement from offline advertising to online marketing is one of the arenas where the commonality across the world is that it creates a level playing field and everyone can benefit from using the various technologically enhanced social media strategies to generate leads online and grow their home based businesses.
If you are a one-person business, you have a single source income stream and don't have the advertising budget like large companies to attract new prospects or clients. By utilizing traditional methods of marketing, such as "face-to-face" or "door-to-door" strategies, serious problems arise if you get sick or other unforeseen circumstances arise which inhibit your income producing activities.
Traditionalists feel that by not having the "face-to-face" encounter, interpersonal skills get lost in the process. To the contrary, when you generate leads online using social media marketing, it is imperative you maintain relationships with your clients or prospects, build your reputation and gain their trust.
The primary reason why most people who start businesses fail is because they have been inadequately trained in marketing techniques. If you're struggling in the direct sales marketing, consider for a moment that it isn't your fault. Consider that maybe you improperly trained and never taught the strategies top earners used to build their wealth.
Generating leads with twitter or facebook is an innovative way to lift the curtain and lets you in on some of those underground secrets of the 6-figure earners and, in time, translate into more web traffic, leads and sales for your brand.
